Your vote is SECRET

The LAW protects the secrecy of your ballot:

• You must mark your ballot behind a screen
• You must fold your ballot so that your mark is not exposed
• If you expose your mark, your ballot will be declared spoilt
• No one should ask you to expose your ballot, as this is a criminal offence
• No one should ask you to take a photo of your ballot. This is also a criminal offence
• Your ballot cannot be traced back to you once the counterfoil has been removed
